This is my second purchase of multiple glasses from glasses shop. I ordered five pairs of glasses with progressive lenses and one pair of sunglasses. Shipping took some time. It took about two and a half weeks. I ended up ordering a pair of single vision lenses to tide me over while I waited. I had trouble with one out of the five pairs and they were quick to respond. I ended up keeping them. I wear progressives and the frame is smaller than I’m used to. I think I’ve adjusted. That being said I will return them if need be. If you need glasses right away there are better sites, however, for the money, quality, and craftsmanship, this is a great company.

The ordering process was smooth, and my prescription was accurate. The glasses themselves were comfortable and sturdy. I ordered the Annabelle frame in champagne, which is a dramatic cat eye shape, but made more subtle by the neutral color. They're beautiful, but there was a tiny dent in the frame on arrival. However, customer service was responsive and offered options for return/exchange/replacement. Thank you for the great selection of affordable glasses!

I purchased 4 pairs of glasses and the delivery was very fast, unfortunately I made a mistake on submitting my prescription, I called the Customer's Service line and a very courteous lady, explained to me that I could reorder the entire order one time at no cost to me, only shipping, they did send the whole thing as newly specified, Great policy. highly recommended. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
