Out of all the different online glasses companies I've ordered from, I think glasses shop was the quickest I received my glasses without any kind of errors or mix ups or delayed delivery. You can only imagine how often it can really happen.

I’ve ordered glasses from other companies and they never were right. THIS COMPANY GOT IT RIGHT!!! I’ve gotten two pair from The Glasses Shop and both pair have been amazing! I can see clearly as soon as I put them on! They’re not out of alignment, they don’t need “adjustment” they’re perfect! Only thing negative I could say is the glasses are pretty big. And slide down my nose. But I have a tiny pin head so I think that’s my faces fault lol. I like these glasses! They did a good job!

This was my first time ordering glasses online and I was unaware that I would need a PD number from my doctor. I used the tool the website provides to measure it myself and with a family member. Needless to say I couldn't see out of the glasses. I messaged customer service to see if I could get a refund and they told me to go to my eye doctor and get the correct PD number. I honestly don't want to deal with the hassel of making another appointment and then having to wait more than 2.5 weeks for new glasses from this company. My previous glasses were broken by my 2 year old and I'm in a hurry for new ones. Now I know to always ask for my PD number in the future but I'll be buying my glasses elsewhere from now on. On top of the glasses being unusable for me, the frames I ordered were very poor quality. Guess I should've expected it considering how cheap they were. I felt like my toddler would accidentally snap them the first time he picks them up. Edit: The company has reached out to me and offered a one time refund as a courtesy. I appreciate them getting back to me and will probably consider shopping from them the next time I need new glasses. Now I know about the PD number for the future. I do think it may be helpful to have this information on the main site page so that others will know ahead of time about this number.

My first pair of glasses and the plastic case they were shipped in arrived crushed and unwearable. The lenses were salvageable so they sent replacement frames. Unfortunately the lenses I ordered featured their photochromic treatment and barely darkened in direct sunlight, maybe 10-15%. What disappointed me was that the customer service person suggested that the degree of shading was acceptable based on my photos. I was about to return the glasses for a refund but then remembered they also offered Transistions-treated lenses. I asked if they felt the Transitions lenses would deliver the darkness I was desiring. Their solution was to replace my first pair of glasses with a new complete pair with Transitions lenses and all I'd have to pay is shipping. My 4 star review is because of this very reasonable solution. Based on the wording of their emails and their unwillingness to talk to me on the phone, I'm guessing it's not an English-speaking company... or they outsource their customer service

I love the glasses. REally good transitions. Very dark out in the sun. The PD is a bit off. but i am dealing with it.

Glasses fit great and looks great but I do wish there was a more technical ipd adjustment because I had to go for an ipd that was a touch higher than my actual because there wasn't an option for it so it makes it uncomfortable to see through sometimes but glasses are amazing quality and I will be buying another when I need a new pair in the future

The glasses were great. When one of the frames broke I sent a photo of the un-repairable broken arms. I expected a replacement new frame under warranty. Instead, they offered me a 50 percent discount on the same frame. I had the frames for less than 6 months. No problem with the quality of the lenses or frames. Warranty replacement is my only hesitation to give 5 stars.

aesthetically i love every pair I've ordered from here! Unfortunately as far as durability they're not that great :( i buy $10 pairs on Zenni that last longer. My favorites are Toledo and Joliet they surprisingly came out on top the most durable of them all which shocked me because all of my frames were wire so i expected them to also not be too durable and I was just trying something new so they were add ons to my primary purchase was for the Newark's i love them because they work so well with my face but they distort so easily which is why I had to purchase new ones lol they're not as bad as the Carrie's though 😭😭 my first time wearing those i laid down to watch TV and they bent almost off of my face 😩 they're so cute but I've spent less on cheap jewelry that lasted longer lol shipping is fairly fast quality needs to improve but everything else is golden!
