Good value and product. Poor communication about order status and shipping.

I have ordered 2 pair of glasses from them and well satisfied. Have always met my concern, also!!

because i have bifocals i can not order the blu blockers or blue blockers pro or get the polarized sunglasses without having to place the order and then call to have it added to the order and incur more charges that you may not be able to afford at that time.. you need to have IT go in and allow all types of lenses to all makes of lenses and coatings available without having to calland have something added to it

Love my frames and regular shipping was super fast.Very impressed.

Lenses are a bit heavier than expected. The frame is very flimsy, probably not the best to hold the lenses! But they are ok

I am very pleased with the quality and price of both pairs of glasses I purchased. I gave 4 stars only because it took longer than I thought it should to receive them.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. both arrived with in 2 weeks. They were not fitting right and the perscrptions seemed to be off. But Glassesshop offered to replace them or refund my money . I chose the refund I will try again .

Love my new glasses and sunglasses. My only issue was that I paid almost $25 for fast delivery as I needed them for a trip and they didn't come in in time. Overall the selections and ordering process was very easy. Mary Sweeney
