Don't even BOTHER to get "transitions" lenses here. They do NOTHING. In the brightest sun they are no more tinted than 1% or so. USELESS. And their return policy is BS: you only get 50% of what you spent back, minus shipping (and of course you would have to ship the old pair back AND pay for the new shipping). You could get more back if you wanted to get other kinds of glasses, but without the extravagant expense of "transitions" you'd have to buy 3 or more pairs of glasses to make up the expense. How many glasses of the same prescription can a person really use? What a waste of hundreds of dollars.

Glasses do not fit even after my doctor's office had adjusted them several times. They still fall off of my face. So, I paid for a pair of glasses that I cannot wear. This has never, ever happened to me and I have been wearing glasses since I'm in 4th grade, I'm 34 now, do the math. I will never order from here ever again.

Problem with shipping, had multiple messages to get glasses shop to agreed to ship and not keep mos tof the purchase price because of their problem with my shipping address. When they finally agreed to ship, fron China, they still put on the wrong shipping address. Thankfully an alert UPS driver phoned to get proper address.

I am very disapponted in my order. I am not savvy on optical info but put in my info the best I knew how. My glasses were no where near close. I have only been able to communicate via email. No phone #. Chats say they will reply in a few hours. My payment has been sent and I have no useable glasses. Customer service is pointless. I will never reccommend this site. The glasses are cute and in good shape, but so far it's almost been a week and I'm still not used to the glass or the prospection wasn't put in right. I'm not sure what's going on, bit usually when I go to a local store you get your glasses faster and they are perfect?
