I had a great experience with this company. I ordered my first ever online prescription glasses. The prescription was entered wrong at the time of ordering. When I got the glasses and realized what happened, I contacted the company. They have a one time forgiveness policy or something like that. All I had to do was verify my correct prescription, pay $5.95 for the shipping and I got my correct glassess. Who would do that?

I ordered frames and they were too big so I contacted them asking if I could exchange for a smaller pair. They not only gave me a smaller pair for only the shipping price but they let me keep the first pair I bought. This company is amazing.

After checking local optical shops, I did internet searches. I found exactly the style frames I wanted and used the scale provided to get the proper alignment for prescription bifocals. They were perfect with no adjustment needed. I love the quality and cost savings. I will purchase all my glasses from Glassesshop.com

Got my first pair free just paid $5 for the non reflective layer and shipping and handling turned out to $15! Cant beat that! Arrived in about 1 week and my glasses are awesome. Great value.
