Will update review once they arrive but shipping has been extremely slow!! It’s been almost 3 weeks since I ordered the glasses and they haven’t moved in shipping in 10 days! I ordered them really early in hopes they would be here for my family photos but they didn’t arrive. Was also disappointed that there was no option for CAD only USD.

I will never order from this company again. I placed an order and was sent the wrong pair of glasses. When I contacted the company they blamed me and wouldn't fix the order without me paying for the shipping again.

After spending 3 hours and several phone calls on making sure I did the order correctly, I received glasses that are completely useless. After sending an email an email 11 days after ordering asking if I could cancel, they said it had already been processed. I paid for expedited shipping. During that 11 days I contacted them via online chat to inquire about when the glasses would arrive. I received the glasses 17 days after ordering. When I emailed to say the glasses are useless, they asked for my prescription. Why would they not ask for the prescription prior to or during my numerous call concerning placing the correct order. Clearly, if you can not send them the pr4escription at the time of order, and they ask for after, this must be a scam

I ordered my glasses and paid an extra $30 for the fast shipping. I did not receive my glasses for 3 weeks! They did not notify me at all! I had to call the shipping company and was placed on hold for 45 minutes only for them to say they are gonna call me be, once they figure out why it hasn’t been sent. They DID NOT call me back! I do not recommend any body ever get your glasses through them!

Poor quality, poor customer service. Want you to jump through hoops just to get a refund or exchange started.

Really wanted to love the glasses I bought. I bought 4 pairs of glasses. 4/4 were less than exciting. 1/4 was the new magnetic sunglass addon. There's no magnets! They won't stick! And exclusively hang on the clip and rotate side to side everytime you move. Impossible to wear. 2/4 were SUPER SUPER thin. I'm scared to put them on worried I'll break them somehow. I can't wear them as they get stretched so easily because of how thin they are they fall off my face. 1/4 are okay but the plastic pieces at the end (likely for protection) are loose! They move when I wear the glasses. I'm likely going to have to glue them on. Will not buy again. Buy from Goggles4u instead even those are better quality and cheaper and this site.

Took over a month to get single vision oder that was bad compared to kits wich had them out in 4 days.

Delay , I ordered in 26/08/2021 (33 days until now )and I haven’t received yet
