I ordered two more pairs from GlassesShop. I find them dependable and the quality of their glasses are 5 star. My prescriptions are always correct and the frames are good quality. The only thing is I wish GlassesShop offered fashion tints. What they offer now is limited. I wanted maybe a 10% tint but they only offered 40%, which is too dark. Also the color selection is limited. This will not prevent me from ordering again from GlassesShop again, however! I highly recommended them for a quality product.

This site has stylish frames, and a way of seeing how they will look before you order. A fantastic app! Their service is quick, and the clarity and accuracy of the progressive lenses is wonderful. Hi-index makes for light glasses; I am so happy with that. I am impressed with the quality of the the whole package, and will definitely order again. Thank you!

I ordered the wrong glasses. They offered to credit my account AND to let me keep the wrong ones,

Nice glasses, quality lenses, the only downside was I had to take them to a local glasses store to have them fitted properly. Local store took care of it, but wasn't happy that I bought them elsewhere. When I told them what I paid for 2 pairs of glasses, they shook their head in disbelief.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. He likes how lightweight they are and the way they fit which accentuate his features perfectly. He actually forgot he was wearing them because of how comfortable they are. I did the entire process for him, including picking the glasses that I liked for him, I knew they would look great on him, and I was right. They came a few days ago, and he agrees that they are definitely him, he really likes them. It was incredibly simple to enter the prescription and customer service was amazing. I didn't realize how important the PD number is and I guessed initially because it wasn't on the prescription, then I submitted and paid for the order. Customer service noticed the PD number seemed very off and contacted me to let me know, they also explained why it was soo important to have the right number. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. His doctor's office only provides information like that in person, and I had to wait almost a week before my husband or I could go get it, and they held the order until I had it. They were easy to get in touch with, I used the chat option, but the text option was my favorite, especially because I was texting the same person which made it easy to provide the PD number as soon as I got it, they responded within minutes and told me they would change it and submit the correct number then submit it so the process could begin. They kept in contact with updates until I received them in the mail, they were amazing. The prices are soo affordable that my husband is considering getting another pair or two because the chance to have options is something that would be exciting for him, and it's a possibility because the prices are actually affordable. He has vision coverage, but despite being great for the medical aspect, it's horrible for the glasses part. Without this site, we wouldn't have been able to afford a pair that he would actually wear, he said he'd rather not see than wear the affordable options at the doctor's office. Thankfully, he has a pair he likes and can see perfectly now. I highly recommend this site. They are affordable, very helpful, incredibly patient (even when I contacted them like 6 times in one day and several more times throughout the entire process), very knowledgeable and easy to understand when explaining things that are not easy to understand which was a huge help when things are wrong (noticing PD number was not correct and telling me instead of letting me buy them and having to return them and buy another pair, something a lot of places would do), if stuck between a few pairs they are willing to offer opinions if asked which one's they like the most making the decision a little easier, flexible and understanding (holding my order for a week until I could get the correct number), purchasing from this site ultimately is one of the best ideas I've had in a while. Both my husband and I highly recommend this site, I know we will be buying from them again.
