I have ordered at least 8 pairs of glasses from glassesshop. I love that I can be precise on the height of the bifocal line in any size lens. I love the ability to "try" glasses on my face so I know what they look like. I will continue to use glassesshop for all my glasses.

I ordered glasses when they arrived they were the wrong prescription. Come to find out it was MY fault I entered the incorrect numbers into their chart. I emailed customer service and the next day I got a response requesting a copy of my prescription. I sent it and was shown where I made the mistake. They offered me a replacement for the cost shipping only ($5.59) which I gladly paid. Great customer service and the frames were great. Thanks GlassesShop

My original review is below. I have changed from 1 star to 5 stars because they contact me shortly after my review and explained to me the reason they charged the extra money, and not only that, they reimburse the money immediately. I'm very surprised to find nowadays a company with such caring customer care. Congratulations GlassesShop, I will keep buying from you. It is totally worthed. Great company. I don't have serious problems with my vision, very low measure for lenses. I ordered 2 glasses here, and after weeks of order, they asked me to pay more because my glasses are kind of not standard measure (which is not true). I had to pay the difference since I waste a lot of time waiting for the shipping before realizing my order was on hold for missing an extra payment

My inexpensive rimless glasses give me a full range of vision at half the cost of those offered at other online vendors.
