Prompt service, lenses are perfect. my only complaint is the colors shown on web site, are not always the color you receive.. The colors are always darker when received, than those shown on the Web site.. So consequently when I receive them and put them on, they always look darker then the ones pictured, that is discouraging.. I have some I probably will never wear due to that feature.. Kind of too late to send them back now.. I have noticed this is a trend with many of the glasses I chose.. Disappointing? Yes.

I would give 5 stars but what keeps me from doing that is that the order ships from China which takes longer to get here. My second order took 2 weeks. Other than that the glasses are perfect.

I love my glasses! They were perfect and I have a very high index and ordered progressive! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was I asked for the sides to be polished and they assured me they would be but were not when I received them. I emailed them and their response was basically “sorry will do better next time”… :(

To be honest, I'm going to be generous with these stars as they were generous with us. We were shopping for glasses for our 3 almost 4 year old. Unfortunately, they do not have any kind of guide or anyone to help you, you just have to know what measurements or size you need. So the first pair we got, I think any novice would've assumed, they're for a small child because of the style and the hooks for the ears but they are so ridiculously huge on her. They'll be no good by the time they fit her so they gave us credit to try another pair (why I gave 4 stars instead of 3 ) and finding this pair was no easier and they look about the same as the first pair but smaller.... The glasses choices are so few for small children and not the cutest. I'm not very thrilled with this purchase, they're already scratched. Gonna treat these like an emergency pair. I also bought myself a pair that I do like. The adult selection is better. I got lucky and guessed a good size. For those other parents out there struggling like us with a small one in need, try -Zenni -Smartbuyglasses It is not easy to find a small child glasses, much less find ones you really like. We found some on Zenni and they got here so fast. Haven't tried the other one yet but they have designer choices for kids! Hope this helps someone.

I ordered glasses from them 3 weeks ago. It was at a very good price and fast shipping. The glasses seem well made and really liked my experience with this shop. My only issue is that sometimes coupons don't work. For example today is my birthday and I got a code from the store for a discount. It didn't go through but the prices are very nice that codes are not really a big thing.

I reordered glassed that I love in 40% tint blue. The new ones are much darker and I really love the originals, but they said nothing could be done to fix it. I still love the many glasses I have ordered on Glassesshop.com

Great price. Glasses are perfect. Shipping could be a bit quicker, but I'm really happy and will order from GlassesShop again.
