They sent me a pair and they didn’t not work for. So they redid them and all I had to pay for was shipping.

My order was filled timely. One of the pair of glasses was great and one was just not comfortable. I requested a return for another pair. The response was great and very reasonable. I have ordered glasses from other companies, but GlassesShop is top notch. I made a good decision on the purchase.

This is my second time ordering from GlassesShop. I was always afraid to order glasses online, but I am so glad I did. I got 2 pairs for a little over what I had to pay just for no line bifocals from the place I got my Rx from! I am more than pleased with the whole experience, the quality, uniqueness and fit of my glasses. Thank you so much GlassesShop for your products & service!

Not only did they help me fix a mistake that was not theirs when my mail got mixed up and my packages all got returned to sender. After they fixed that I got my order and they helped me fix another problem that they did not make when I ordered the wrong color frames.

My eye glasses were just as advertised, I love them! Good quality and fit firmly around my face without sliding down. Took a week and a half to come in, super quick and affordable. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the company. Their selection is great, prices good, and even when I ordered the wrong size frames, they helped me get the right ones. It takes about 2-3 weeks to receive your glasses, but it's worth the wait.
