Convenience of ordering online is great wish the selection was more male / female not universal. Going to my eye doctor and getting glasses is a hassle and expensive. This was an some what easy process. Took about 2 weeks with Expedited shipping is a pro. You'll have to adjust your glasses yourself is a con. One thing I do not like is, the website says they are from Michigan, however my delivery came from China. I really thought I was purchasing an American made product.. I would still recommend, and probably order again

The glasses are great, although bigger than I wanted. Description says mid size while the lenses are quite large. It would be smart to get them to buyers a lot quicker . Someone who needs glasses is hard put to wait almost three weeks without having a spare pair. Prescription is perfect. Thank you very much

I bought a pair of glasses and got another pair free (which is what tempted me to buy them in the first place). In total I spent around $70. I just got them about a week ago, and I am so surprised at how good the quality is. They are the exact same prescription as my glasses I got at my eye doctor and look the same as they do on the website. It came with a case and lens cloth for each pair and was shipped to me in about two weeks. I got exactly what I paid for. I will say that customer service is not good at all which is what I saw people complain about the most. You have to confirm your order which they don’t tell you unless you track your order but I knew about that from reading reviews. What I did was contact customer support and told them to confirm my order and then it was processed instantly. If you want to cancel your order, you will still have to pay for the cost of the lenses. And I believe you’re supposed to get free shipping but you still pay it anyways but that wasn’t too big of a deal to me. Customer service takes a while to get back to you even though they give you a time estimate and I believe you don’t get a refund but they give you store credit. I’ve also read that they are very helpful when a shipment is lost or damaged though. Someone did tell me that the frames are only good for about a few years but for the price it seems fair. Would I buy from them again? If they had a sale going on then yes. But I had too much anxiety then buying from them to probably buy again. However the frame styles are much better than the ones I’ve seen on eyebuydirect and zenni. I only bought a single lens so I don’t know how the multi focal or other lenses will be but this was my experience. I do have different prescriptions for my left and right eye. I am nearsighted and my eyesight is very bad but my lenses aren’t thick at all or make my eyes look super big.
