Love the glasses I have a unique problem with getting the new lenses into the old frames. I watched the video. I tried a live chat that went nowhere and have long holds to connect with a person, left message for call back but did not receive any. Customer service wait time is way too long. Talking to a live rep was good.

My doctor gave me the wrong eye prescription and unfortunately it was corrected after GlassShop had already made and delivered my glasses. You remade and sent my new glasses with the correct prescription without a problem and quickly. I only had to pay for shipping. I held back one star because my inexpensive frames very much looks like they are inexpensive.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from them after having had a disappointing order from EyeBuyDirect. I LOVE MY GLASSES! I have a VERY high Rx (extremely nearsighted), so I was afraid that my lenses would be extra thick (which is what happened with the other order from other company). I paid the extra for the high index lenses just as I did with EBD, and these glasses are SO not thick like others I have had. The order was easy, the receipt was quick, and I LOVE THEM BOTH! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to their return policy. I was not ecstatic about it, but I took a chance hoping I would not need to return....and I am glad I did!

All in all the experience was very good, my only challenge was not being able to upload my prescription - initially I tried to upload a PDF only to learn it wasn't a supported format. I created a JPG and was unable to load it on my second pair or glasses - didn't see an option to use the previously entered prescription. Otherwise the prices were great, the fit is good and the turn around time for my order was just about a week. Will definitely return

The worst part of the experience was entering the script the physician wrote while ordering. I had to do research to confirm I entered the correct numbers where they went. I think being able to take a picture of the script and upload is a safer option. That being said I ordered 4 pair with 2 separate scripts. One pair came in perfectly and the other 3 with the second script were incorrect. HOWEVER it was my error upon entering the script. I called and made an exchange with the corrected script. Customer service experience was great! And we only had to pay for shipping the replacements which was more than reasonable! I was so happy to be able to fix my error so smoothly.

I only give it 4 stars because my sunglasses came to me crooked. Otherwise super easy shopping and great quality. Fast service!
