The glasses took much too long to receive.

I liked ordering on line but it’s hard to know what will fit and work. Totally disappointed in one pair with blue light blocking. Everything is blurry and I can’t use them at all.

Id really like to save more as yall really say thats what your here for - also please provide better options for smaller heads

The website was a little clunky and it was difficult to get back and forth to my order without having to redo it. If I had to go backwards it was aggravating. I had a hard time finding glasses that I liked. Checking out took a few tries to go through. Once I got my glasses they didn't match the description online and I'm not happy with them. They took too long to get here.

It's was a great experience. There is a wide variety of glasses to choose from and a lot of offers to make the glasses affordable. But the quality of the glasses are cheaply made one of the glasses I can't wear at all because they are to tight and the other is a lil to loose the second pair though feels like they could just break. The vision also isn't as clear as the pair from an in person doctors office although I match my subscription to the T. I'm sure it's because in person they do all the measurements to make sure the perception is in perfect alignment with my face. But that's what you get for convenience.

There were a lot of glasses to choose from, but the online photos were a bit deceptive. I ordered a first pair and they were not as expected. Online they looked brown tortoise, and when I got them they were a bright orange tortoise. I look terriblein orange. They were very responsive about my issue and granted me a full credit to get a new pair. When ordering the new pair I also got a deal buy one get one. So that was a bonus. When they arrive they were of good quality and looked nice. But the prescription seems off. I have the exact same prescription and putting the new ones on, upset my eyes and gave me a headache. I mentioned this to support, but they said since I used a credit that there was nothing for them to do. So I just left it alone. Overall, I think someone could be happy with there glasses and the company seems legit, but I have 3 glasses for the price of one that I won't be able to wear. So thats unfortunate.

For the amount of money I paid, I did not expect the frames to be so flimsy. It was my first purchase with the company and would probably not return. The time to receive the package in the mail was also a good long minute but again, not what I expected.

Frames are nice but NOTE transition lenses don’t correct in the peripheral, the correction is mushroom shaped. And bad for driving. Customer service after was not great. They give you store credit not refund, and shipping takes forever.
