Replacement frames. Reasonable price although warranty was only 50% off. Used Chat to find out how to order, when I would have preferred to talk to a human in English. Order was processed, shipped & received within 7.5 days. Shipping took only 2 days.

I made a mistake on the lens type (single vs progressive) on my order. Which I didn't realize until after I received my glasses. GlassesShop offered me a refund, in the form of on-line points, for aprox what I paid for the first pair, so I could re-order a new pair...and they let me keep the first pair. Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is the frames aren't as sturdy as I like, but for the price I'm happy! Thank You 🤓

Glasses are pretty but do not transition dark enough. Customer Service gave me a full credit and allowed me to keep the glasses

Thank you for your review. Our transition lenses will turn about 60% dark when directly exposing to the Sunlight. If you want darker lenses from the sunlight, we would advise you to choose the basic Tint or polarized lenses, which shall work better for your purpose. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

The product is excellent. The reason it is not 5 stars is that the communication about schedule and delivery needs improvement. When ordering, the impression is given that the product will be available in 2 to 4 business days. That was not the case, and then 7 to 11 days was given for delivery. Be more up front.
