I recently ordered a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses when they came I absolutely hated the glasses on me. I called customer service they said I could order another pair of glasses and have them exchanged. The only charge would be the difference in the price of the frames and shipping, and as a courtesy I could keep the glasses and not have to send them back. I really appreciated the care with which the Glasses Shop afforded me. I would highly recommend the Glasses Shop. And I will certainly be using them again.
