I paid over $100 for a pair of prescription glasses from GlassesShop. In less than 10 days the arm broke off. The rude customer service rep required a detailed encounter and 3 pics proving they were broken before agreeing to send me replacement frames that I would have to “pop” my lenses in to. Before they even mailed the new frames my glasses broke again! This time it was the part that holds the left lens. Customer service response was a rude that’s not our problem. I had to superglue the frames around the lens and have yet to receive replacement frame. I have readers that I purchased at the dollar tree store that are more durable than these cheap glasses.

I'm not happy with them. The Right lens is not properly set in. I showed them with an attached photo. They also look brown, not black or grey. I ordered Black sunglasses. I wanted a 100% refund. Their return policy (fine print) will only return 50% of the cost of the order...if you're not happy and wish to return them. (Hardline-No exceptions.) Regardless of wether they are in the wrong or not. Wrong color...and low quality workmanship. I'm out the shipping and handling charges both too and fro. Very disappointing. I wish I could post pictures but am unable too. I called the customer service line 3 times. They simply don't answer the phone. You can leave a message as I have done. (Detailed message) They do not call back to discuss anything. They only correspond through emails. The response to me was... "Thank you for contacting us. The quality of the frames that they sent were cheaper looking and flimsier that the frames you get for 1.25 at the dollar tree

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I ordered a pair of glasses and the lenses were not right . I brought them to my Opthamologist and had them checked. I was promised. I contacted them and they refused to give me a full refund. They promised a 50% refund so I ordered another pair. I figured people make mistakes and decided to give them another try. The second pair was far WORSE than the first pair. I NEVER got the refund for the first pair either! I AM livid ! I have eye disease and am reliant on my glasses to see properly, now I have to wait AGAIN to order a new pair ( and it won’t be from them ) I will report them to the Better Business Bureau now. I wonder how many others they have done this to?

Im eating dinner at home at all of the sudden i get charged twice for $200.00 on my card. I didn’t even go to this glasses website. Now i have to report my card for fraud activity.

Takes forever and a day. There’s no reason it should take a month and some change to get your order. I will never purchase from this company again. I’ll get my prescription glasses and sunglasses from LensCrafters or Walmart. This place is full of it. (Still haven’t received my order )

I just recently bought 2 pair of eyeglasses. They are progressive and have a Prism. These are the best glasses that I HAVE EVER OWNED OR WORN!! Quality and workmanship are excellent!. I have been wearing eyeglasses for 40 years, so I know a good pair of glasses and GlassesShop is the place to go!! I will never go anywhere else. Give them a try!! You will not be disappointed. UPDATE!!! 1day later I went on GlassesShop to order a 3rd pair of glasses!! I filled out all proper areas and then added to the Cart. Then went to Checkout. Checkout said use" BRIGHT30" for 30% discount. I added that and clicked on "APPLY" and nothing happened. I Clicked 2 more times and nothing. I then went to X of Checkout and another window popped up and said "Don't Go"!....use EYE35 to get 35% discount. What a surprise!. I then entered EYE35 and clicked APPLY and it would not allow the discount. I emailed Customer Service and explained what happened and that I really wanted the eyeglasses and would they honor the discount. They emailed me back and said that the Glasses only allowed a 20% discount. I emailed them back saying they should honor the discount shown to me. I never heard back from Customer Service. So I am assuming they will not HONOR the discount shown to me. Not a good look for GlasseShop!! Very disappointing
