My glasses with my progressive prescription are great. The glasses appear to be high quality. I’ve only had them a short time so we’ll see how they hold up. I do think the website can be improved. The live try on did not always work the same for all frames and when I had to use a picture the frames weren’t in scale with the picture. It was a bit frustrating. Also the frame sizing small, medium, large dimensions seemed to overlap. I’ve always got medium frames but yours I ended up with small even though the dimensions for medium seemed to match my existing glasses from another source. I used your size guide but as I said the dimensions for small/medium seemed to be similar in a lot of cases and the actual frames fit differently using live try on or the photo. That’s what made live try on so critical to see how they actually fit on my face. I was a bit hesitate to order given you only have a 50% refund policy, that could be better. It was nice you had various coupons to use but it was very confusing which coupons would work with what frames. I liked the information you had on determining your PD. When I finally decided on a frame the actual ordering was easy.

I have used GlassesShop for years with few glitches. For my last two orders, the lenses do not feel accurate and the frames have creaky hinges. These are frames I have ordered before with no issues. Update: They are willing to refund the defective order via a credit on the site.

They are sending me replacement frames. One of the arms just snapped off completely looks like a defect in the material.

I come here for the value. I usually can find something that suits me for a good price. I appreciate the coupons too! I need to pinch pennies where I can. I wish shipping was faster, but for the price, I accept that it's generally about a 2 week wait. The lenses are great. I do wish that the frames could be adjusted a little, they feel like they need to be tightened, but I'm learning to do that for myself.

Arrived pretty quickly, around ten days for line bifocals. Frames are definitely "you get what you pay for," but as cheap as they were, that's not a major complaint. Would advise being gentle with products from this retailer, definitely not suited for stress...after a week of only wearing them outside of work, I already am worried they are on the clock.

Hi, well I never said buy glasses online, I was wrong. I regret was my choice for frame. I thought it not that big, so big. I the lens are perfect. I can get another pair. The lens and presciption are perfect. So frame was quality if only big. I highly recomment it. The Burke was my choice, BIG!

The rx work of the glassses was perfect. But the fit was too tight. Is there a way to loosen the frame a bit?
