However, according to our conversation over the phone, the price quoted was for the replacement frames only, excluding the lenses. You may have to mount your existing lenses into the new frames on your own to make your glasses work properly for you again. We're sorry if any confusion was made to you. Thank you for your review. But according the USPS tracking# 92001903407718540140106224 on your order, your package has been delivered at the front door or porch at 3:32 pm on September 28, 2023 in TULSA, OK 74105. We ask that you please recheck with your local post office. They should be able to look into this issue for you if you contact them directly. It would also be worth checking with your neighbors and in any safe places a parcel might be left, in case it was delivered whilst you weren't around. If you really can not find your order, we will remake a new pair of glasses for you at no additional charge or process a full refund to you. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter.
