When I received the glasses they were well packaged in a padded glasses case with a glasses towel and the sunshade. They are well made glasses and they will have them out to you in about a week. I pulled my glasses off and went to put on the sunshade on the nose piece came off. I contacted them and they sent me out the same frames so I could put the lenses in and have a new pair of glasses. I suggest buying from this company because they're there to help and are willing to help after the glasses made it to you.
