The sunglasses I ordered had a weird gradient to them that I didn't order. Customer support was very helpful in giving me a refund so I could reorder a different style and even let me keep the original pair to donate to someone in need.

I was able to find frames that were unique and actually helped me feel confident and whimsical! They came out perfect, there was no issue at all swapping to the new ones, same prescription just needed new ones since my old ones were scratched all up.
