Prescription was right but frams weren’t quit like they said they would look like and could’v fit a little better but i popped lenses out and put then inn the frames of sun glasses and its okay ig thanks for the lenses anyway

I ordered "Hackensack"-sunglasses. They are reeeally flimsy so I probably wouldnt use them in everyday life for that reason, but for short periods of time they are good :)

I receive my glasses in about 3 to 4 weeks. Not what I expected at all they were too large and I could not see clearly through the lens. I called customer service twice had me on hold for over 15 to 20 minutes before they finally came back and said all agents are busy. They told me to leave a message and they will contact me since I was that never happened. I would like to return the item but they would not give me instructions on how to do so so that is where I am at this point

I was given a new prescription from my eye doctor so I ordered a back up pair for GlassesShop right away instead of waiting to insure the new prescription was correct. Well, it wasn't, so I contacted GlassesShop right away and asked to to hold off on making and sending their glasses until I got my prescription corrected. They told me that it was too late and the glasses had already shipped. I found out later, that wasn't true and they shipped the glasses out 4 days later. So, receiving and having to return these glasses could have been avoided. I have looked on the website on how to return them and all it says is you must contact customer service, which I had already done and was told once I receive the glasses to send them back for 100% instore credit, one time only. Now I am trying to find out WHERE to send the glasses back to but my email, messaging through their website and returning my phone calls have gone unanswered. I am happy with the quality of glasses I received, it is just the prescription is not right, but not by their fault. But I need to return these glasses!

I would have given a 5 star review but... The glasses and all I ordered was not wrapped in bubble wrap of any kind or even out on the packaging "fragile" when I received my order EVERYTHING was cracked and busted up. Luckily my glasses were fine...but this is half your guy's fault and half UPS fault...they will hear from me too. As far as the glasses I am very happy with them

Yet to be seen,, no pun intended I have to return them as they do not work. Love the frame and style but lenses to not work.

The frames came just as advertised, and I enjoy the aesthetics of them. My only issue was that I was only able to pick progressive lenses for my high prescription instead of my preferred bifocals. It's taking a while to get used to, but I just haven't been able to get the hang of reading text with them over the past five days I've been able to use them. I hope that will acclimatize with time, but the literal headaches I get from using them when readings just aren't fun. I needed to use my old bifocals to write this review.

Crafted OK. Correction does not match my prescription precisely. Zenni.com did better. Frame selection is not as good, and the frame quality is likewise second-rate.
