GlassesShop was my first online experience with buying glasses. It was a few years before I bought more and I couldn’t remember where I bought that first great pair of specs. I moved on to another company, who was a little faster with delivery and much more expensive. Each pair I bought from them were great at first, but the lenses scratched quickly. In the meantime, I was still running almost six years later in my glasses from GlassesShop. They still fit great and the lenses are in better shape than the newest ones from the other company. I became a sleuth and found my original GlassesShop account, went online and ordered this pair. I absolutely love them. They fit perfectly and the lenses are as clear as can be. I’m thrilled.

Though the prescription for my original pair of glasses was wrong - totally the fault of my eye doctor - y’all (GlassesShop) allowed me to keep those first pair while you filled the new order (correct prescription) of glasses. It’s customer service like that that earns repeat customers and referrals!
