The package took longer than I expected it to get delivered

The sunglasses were great but one of the nose pads were already broken when I go them

Love the frames - they are super cute and stylish however I have bifocal lenses and they are not right. Having problems seeing clearly out of them. I could have measured wrong but I was so hoping the lenses would be as good as the frames. Have had about a week so giving it a few more days ???

I needed them asap. I fell on my face and broke my other ones. i wore a pair of old ones thinking i would get these quick. I cant see the eye doctor until mid august. I paid the extra 25.00 to get expidited shipping It took almost 21/2 weeks to get them. So why did I pay the extra. The glasses arrived and they are very nice and I would order again but I will not ever pay for expedited shipping.

I was unpleasantly surprised for the increase in cost of my recent purchase. It was roughly twice what it cost the last time, last year. I will definitely shop around before purchasing from this company the next time I need glasses.

August 2021 Update: After posting my review the company reached out and agreed to replace the defective pair of glasses. So I'm raising my review from 1 star to 3. I'm hoping the new pair lasts longer than a few months. While I do really appreciate being sent a new pair, I shouldn't have had to go through what I went through to get them. July 2021:This place is the worst! I ordered a pair of frames with progressive and transition lenses, so they were relatively expensive. The frames didn’t even last 4 months before the plastic coating started peeling off. They were also my extra pair so I didn’t even wear them every day. The company offered to send replacement frames but they are not the same size and the lenses won’t fit in the new frames. Even my local eye glass lab couldn’t make them fit. The company is basically not interested in making it right, they are just offering to let me purchase an entire new pair. I don’t recommend the product or the customer service.

Trying on glasses virtually was a good experience. However, the quality of the frames and the pricing is HORRIBLE. I can’t believe I paid over $80 for cheap plastic. They look like metal, but just touching them, you know they are made of very cheap plastic. I’m afraid to even wear them. They feel and sound very fragile. And if they didn’t come from China and the shipping I’m sure is very expensive also, I would send them back for a full refund in a heartbeat. I will not buy from you again, nor will I refer anyone.

Nice glasses at a nice price. They do fit a little small, but not willing to return them for better fitting glasses considering how long it would take.
