The glasses felt very cheaply made. I tried out glasseshop because they were having a deal, but I just wish I'd spent more money on higher quality glasses. Now I have 2 pairs of sunglasses that kind of suck, but they're prescription so I guess I,lol just wear them and deal with it.

The order took forever, they questioned my prescription even though it was exaclty entered from the prescription from my Dr. On top of that, the prescription seems off slightly. Not gonna order glasses online ever again.

The glass arrived with a totally wrong lens. What I purchase is a progressive but come with a pair of magnifying glass. Feeling shy to post the picture of mine because it looks like a clown. First time buyer but not recommend for anyone.

Horrible service, I had The coating of my 3-month-old lenses peel off and all they could offer me in terms of warranty is a 50% discount. However, that does not include the replacement prescription. They advised that they would send blank lenses and I would have to get the prescription replaced myself. Go somewhere else like Zenni Optical who offer a much better service with better quality lenses.

All my glasses from here have broken. I’ve spent 90 a month ago and they’re already broken, lifetime, I’ve bought around 520 dollars worth of glasses. I’ve reached out asking if they could fix the last pair bc I had them less than two weeks before the side piece fell off. They did not help out AT ALL. Just told me to go back on the website and buy more and look at their discounted glasses. Very disappointing since I’ve been buying glasses from them since 2021. Not anymore, I should’ve stopped a long time ago when they kept breaking.

Having a very difficult time being in touch with customer service for an exchange. Called 5 times, on hold for 15 minutes each time, then leave a message (they say they'll call you back) and have yet to receive a callback. Live chats aren't live. Emails responses are auto-generated. Glasses are great, however not being able to speak with a live person is SO frustrating! UPDATE: I received a new pair of sunglasses that are great!!! However, I still believe there should be a way to speak with a live person. IMHO, it would greatly improve the customer service experience. Thank you.
