I ordered my glasses online which was very easy to do it walks you through step by step and I love the try on feature. Also the price was very acceptable. I received updates and tracking number so I knew exactly when my glasses were delivered. I love them they fit perfect and came with a nice case. The only thing I was disappointed about was the BOGO free option, no matter what pair of glasses I picked it wasn't a option for BOGO, even when I searched only on the BOGO free list of glasses, so that was very disappointing considering that's the reason I clicked on the website to begin with. Other than that it was great

Generally good experience, order tracking could be improved. I had to email customer service to find out if it had been sent out because there was no order tracking shown. My second pair of glasses weren't quite what I expected from the virtual try on but I will continue to purchase from the site

I had a very good, but not quite excellent experience. I like the Bridgeport frames and sunglass topper, although a lighter plastic than expected (mostly a pro being so light to wear and con if they don't last as long). The glasses were an excellent price and arrived in under 2 weeks. I see pretty well with the glasses. But I am not sure that the progressive lens design is right for me. It could be that my eyes are changing, the frame lens is too deep/high so my eyes look out the wrong area, or I am just need to adjust the tilt of my head more. Maybe an optician would have advised more care in selection for me? I'm keeping them because I don't have time to exchange them. Overall I'm satisfied for the price. 10/2/24 Update: The company contacted me and suggested a resolution. I have my new pair of glasses and I am completely satisfied. Thank you for the positive customer service experience.

Unbeatable prices. Shipping is a little slower than I'd like but overall satisfied. Always order from here and will continue

The first pair I ordered didn't fit right. They immediately replaced them and now I have a great pair that fits properly.

Ordered 3 pairs to pick 1. The pair I chose is super cute, comfortable and stylish for a great price, and i'm very happy with that part! 5 stars for the glasses/products! Their customer service/return process however is HORRIBLE. It’s been a week of me emailing and doing Live Chat and they have been completely unresponsive to initiate my returns. The Live chat agent just stopped responding in the middle of the chat today. So now I was tricked into paying for 3 pairs thinking I could return 2 of them (per their own policy), making the glasses not as affordable as I expected. If it weren't for this horrible customer service experience, I would have rated 5 stars. If you are ordering a pair that you know fit well and you won't need to return, then it is definitely worth shopping here! Products are great. ***UPDATE: changed from 2 to 4 stars. They responded after this review and processed my return. No refund option though, only store credit or exchange. But they made a reasonable effort to make the return process very easy and worth it.

This is my second time ordering glasses and there'll probably be more to come. The many frame options being so budget friendly win me every time.
