Glasses are ok but, frames are made with the cheap plastic. I was not aware of these products are ship from the CHINA at the end I got an invoice of $13.24 as a custom duty to pay. Any others having an issue like this? I am really disappointed, next time I will use Groupon looks better than this.

First of all I had trouble letting them know what my prescription was...I thought they would know what I need by reading my prescription. Secondly, they are quite slow at filling prescriptions and lastly I wanted springs in my glasses but didn't get them. The frames are actually a cheap piece of crap. Won't order from them again.

The glasses were ok not expensive material you pay for what you get! I have a astigmatism and if they are not fitted just right you don't get a clear vision, and I am always adjusting them to see clear, So I thought I would try this just wish the right lens was adjusted right seems to only have a problem with that one. but otherwise there ok.

Online experience great. Glasses look good on me. Prescription isn't right. I don't know if I can return them or not. One pair has the progression all wrong. I can't use them to work on the computer. The other pair is probably the same, but they're too big for my head and fall off - so I'd have to have a different frame as well. I spent more changing companies this time, so I don't know... I've got to find time to research if I can even return them. That's when there will be a REAL review.

The glasses are beautiful. The only issue causing the three-star rating is the progressive part is not proportional with my eyes. I cannot use the bifocals without holding the lenses up to be able to see out of the bottom.

Ordered on September 25th and got my glasses around the 12th. Paid $25 to get it 4 to 8 days which is fine but why did take so long just get to shipped out? They weren't special and I read that it can take 2 to 3 days for the lenses and 3 to 5 for the frame. I'd order again because of the pricing but wouldn't pay 4 to 8 day shipping, too overpriced when I still don't get them on time.

This is the 2nd time we've ordered from GlassesShop. The 1st time, no issues, but this last order the lens popped out of the frame after 2 weeks .
