Ordered 2 pair of glasses from glassesshop.com. one pair is so big they fall off my face if I bend over at all. I do not have a tiny face, just average. The 2nd part I bought were the magnetic clip on type. I bought these for the night driving attachment lens. They were great for less than a week when I noticed how scratched they were. I am very careful with my glasses. I did not drop them or wash them with anything but a glasses cleaner rag I bought. The sunglasses and the magnetic glasses were both so scratched up they were unusable. I reached out to the company immediately and they would only replace 1 pair and charge me shipping fees. I thought this was ridiculous as it was not my fault. They clearly did not have the scratch protection they said they had. But I paid it and got another pair of the magnetic ones. With in days they were also so scratched beyond use. The only thing I did was attach the magnetic driving lens. I have since thrown all is them out. I will next shop here again. I have night many pairs of glasses from zenni & eyebuydirect. I will cubing to shop there, as I've not had any issues with my glasses from those places. I tried glassesshop bc I waved the magnetic clip on driving lens... what a waste of $120

Started out ok. Got glasses last year-no issues. Ordered this year - couldn’t track shipping and they never arrived. Was given a refund. Other glasses I ordered in May were of poor quality and the arm kept falling off. Local optometrist said the arm was stripped and wouldn’t hold a screw. Reported this and the best they could do was offer to send me new frames at half price and I pay the shipping. So not worth it. Do not buy Constance frame. Fyi

Poor quality lenses. They can't execute prescriptions accurately. Frame fell apart. Customer service was completely unresponsive. Stay away.

Glasses frames were filmsy and only lasted six weeks before one side of frame completely fell off (and I was never careless with them). Should replace for free but they don't! NEVER will I use this company again.

The worst glasses store I have ever bought from. They sent me glasses that I couldn't see anything in. I complained and they didn't give me my money back. They wanted to send them back to me with a different prescription if I paid for the shipping. As soon as I told them to keep the money and not send me anything, they closed my account. The best option is not to buy from this store.

While I did receive my glasses that I ordered, the information of the HSA card that I used to purchase these glasses was stolen and used for over $200 worth of purchases. This website was the only time I had used this card outside of hospitals and doctors offices. My information was stolen and used 2 weeks after my purchase from GlassesShop.com

Absolutely awful. They do not care about your glasses only your money. My prescription is -3 and -3.50 and I always have big plastic frames for a reason. So I chose the same. They sent two glasses with the lenses sticking out so much it touches my face. Prior to my order being made I emailed them asking about their lenses and to upgrade to poly which I thought was the thinnest. At noooo point did they look at my prescription and say hey… this won’t fit. Get in touch with the customer. They waited until I received the glasses. Contacted them annnnd guess what they still expect me to pay for the shipping, the new lenses OR pay to send the glasses back. I gave them every opportunity to fix their mistake, even went on the chat and called. Reddit has other reviews of the same. I wish I had seen before. Just go to your regular store it will be cheaper and faster.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from GlassesShop.com. They contacted me because they were out of one of the sets of frames...no problem. I asked then to cancel the order and I would resubmit. NOPE...they claimed the first pair was already in process. I call BS as I know they don't bother to fill orders until several days after they are received and I was contacted the next day. I picked a second set of frames and the process continued. Unfortunately, two bad things happened that I only noticed when I went back online to check the status of the order. Firstly, they charged an "extra fee" on the second pair of glasses...no explanation, but it was more than the cost of the frames. Secondly, they changed the pupillary distance on the second pair. I had downloaded the original order and verified that the PD was the same on both pairs. Unbelievable how complicated they have made the process. Never again will I buy from them and I encourage folks to go to Zenni instead. ******* follow-up: GlassesShop replied to my email and this review. Their response was dishonest. I sent them the ORIGINAL order/invoice details from the date I ordered the glasses. Their response was to take a screenshot of their own website page with details that they clearly filled in themselves. My downloaded order PDF from their site shows the date, time, original details etc. This just confirms that you should avoid GlassesShop. By the way, their proposed solution is that I return the glasses when they arrive...for which they charge a fee.
