I received my order very fast! And with my previous orders I am very happy with my new glasses and sunglasses! My only disappointment was that I was hoping that the shades that attach to the one pair of glasses would fit onto my previously purchases glasses that had shades that attach. I recently lost the shades for that pair of glasses and you no longer offer those.

I am writing to update a review I wrote when I mistakenly ordered single vision vs. Progressive glasses. At first I was frustrated by the online customer service but eventually I received credit for new glasses and am satisfied with their willingness to help a customer (me) who has been a loyal and satisfied customer for years. I had issues with a frame I ordered earlier in the year, replaced the frames only once and they broke same as others. This company is great! They replaced the entire script and I am in love with my glasses. Thank you so much for great customer service and amazing glasses
