The glasses are good, nice quality and as good as it seems on the website. The customer service and the delivery company are not that good though. They asked me to pay an extra fee of 19$ for the delivery to Denmark, which was ok with the overall price, but then UPS requested me to pay another extra fee/taxes for the goods to get the package due to "incomplete" declaration, cause the package was coming from China. Having said that, I was supposed to pay around 65$ in the initial trade, and it ended up being almost double (115$). So I would recommend the glasses, I am happy with them. The experience of receiving them... not that much.

My experience as for purchase and order received is positive. I gave 3 stars, because this is the 2nd pair, of the same glasses, that I’ve purchased. I loved the first pair, purchased around end of year; the frame arm, not just the screw, broke off last month. It was over 30 days and I needed another set; could not wait for a’new frame’. I really like the glasses; very disappointed they broke fairly new. Having to pay again, for the same ones, disappointing and unhappy with it. I hope I don’t have the same issue with this 2nd pair.

the shopping experience was okay but to tell the truth the frame was cheap the handle of my frame broke less than one week of getting it as of writing this review i am wearing a one-handed glasses frame so yeah if you want cheap frames buy from here,

I recently placed a order for two pairs of glasses that was buy one get one free , Good Quality. For that order was free shipping as well, the glasses took about two weeks to deliver so if you want your glasses faster I would recommend paid faster shipping/delivery. When i received my glasses I loved one pair (Joni) and another just didn't fit my face right (Pasadena) so I contacted help via profile messenger help chat. (That was faster reply rather than email& phone) They offered me another pair (Platteville) with same prescription and addons....., I just paid shipping. Will shop again because i need some sunglasses :)

I ordered some very colorful fun glasses for the summer and they are very pale and faded colored, very disappointed......

I'm giving only 3 Stars because delivery took a minute and although the frames are very stylish, I can't see. I just recently received my prescription so I had the specifications yet I have to return with a copy of my script so I can read with them.
