Upset that i paid for expedited shipping, 4-8 days , and it took 11 days. Could at least refund shipping costs.

ordered two pair of glasses. have had them for around a month. ordered no line bifocals. there is a problem with the bifocal not going to the bottom of the glasses and the bifocal area is very small. have to adjust glasses to get the bifocal in focus. have previously used glassesshop several times with no problems. not sure what happened this time. 2/18/21 glassesshop contacted me within a few days apologizing for the problem. sent a copy of the prescription, same as order info, & they are sending another set of glasses. have not received the new glasses as yet. will update at future date.

I haven’t received my shipping number and it’s been more than a week since purchasing, it said on the website that it would take 2-3 days for me to receive it. I would really like for my glasses to come in already!!!

My glasses arrived so quickly. I couldn’t believe the quality for the price either. I have one regular RX pair and the other are photochromic RX. The coatings are great. One big problem that I hate with ordering over seas is they get their delivery company to charge you again on delivery. I now owe UPS another 20$ On top of the 30$ I paid for shipping and handling already :/ for that reason I won’t be ordering again.

Clearly it seems that I have to write a review in order to get a response from the company. All I wanted was an order update since I ordered my glasses on 12/27 and it is now 1/15 and they still have not shipped. If thats thats truly the case then I want a refund because I see no reason for it to take this long for single vision lenses. Ive emailed the company asking for an update and no response. Starting to think ill never get them. Last I checked says location of them is in Ann arbor, if thats true, I'd rather just drive and pick them up then wait weeks to get them by mail. I am very displeased currently with the processing and shipping time, yet reading reviews made it seem like they come quick.

Ordered my glasses 11/20, and just got an email today (12/10) that they’re being shipped now so it’s going to take another 3-5 days. Wish I ordered somewhere else that wouldn’t have taken almost a whole MONTH to get to me. I was only given this info after I emailed someone asking where my glasses were. Definitely will be ordering somewhere else next time

I have ordered px glasses from Goggles4U and GlassesUSA for myself, my son and my mother several times. My 1st order at Glassesshop I incorrectly typed my px so that was my fault. I recd a store a store credit and promptly bought 2 pairs during a BOGO special with thinnest lens package. CAN'T SEE THRU THEM AT ALL- BLURRY. Waste of over $200. Nice frames but completely useless for me. Will stick with Goggles4u and Glassesusa. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM GLASSESSHOP AGAIN. *9/7/20 UPDATE: ordered from Goggles4u using same prescription and received my 3 pairs of glasses - can see great thru these glasses. Not sure why Glassesshop couldnt make my glasses correctly but Goggles4u could.

The good: Good prices and excellent shipping. The bad : Very cheap feeling of frame. Right eye was WAY off and I could not see out of that side. Used same prescription elsewhere and it was perfect. I threw away the glasses. I was also constantly sent emails saying that I had not received the glasses when I had.
