I put in an order and after 3 weeks I have heard nothing. I have tried many times to get in touch with their team and have received no replies. Seems like a scam and i'm very disappointed.

I ordered glasses online and they were HUGE. They looked adorable in their picture but when they got here they were bulky and seriously stretched from like half way to the top of my forehead, down to the bottom my cheek bone. Like 2/3 of my face was swallowed by these gigantic glasses. I thought, no problem, I’ll just return them, or swap for a different pair. NOPE! I bought my glasses for $30ish plus tax and shipping. They told me the best they could do was give me $12 IN STORE CREDIT (they said it was the cost of production for the frames), but it couldn’t be used for lenses or shipping, only applicable to a new set of frames. So essentially, if I wanted to get new glasses, I’d have to spend even more money. I’m order to cover the rest of the frames, plus taxes and shipping. That would just be funneling money into a company that I already learned I didn’t like. The most upsetting thing is that I’D have to pay the cost of shipping the other glasses back OUT OF POCKET. In exchange for what, a discount on their already bad quality glasses??? Do NOT use glasses lit. Try zenni instead.

Although I was very excited for my order and am still very excited for my order. I’ve become a little disappointed in regard to the communication I’ve been receiving from this company. When initially purchasing my glasses It was a natural reflex of mine to want an email confirmation of my purchase from this company seeing as I just paid them money and never got that and still haven’t gotten it. About 3 days after my purchase I received an email saying that they had concerns about the pd value I had given, I provided them with the requested information immediately and had to wait another three days after that to get a response from them stating that they would start processing my order immediately once I clarified that my PD number was correct, once again I did that immediately so they could begin to process my order. I asked in terms of the amount of day’s what does immediately mean in terms of how long it will take you to process my order. I was not given an answer I was told that there might be delays because of the holiday, which is now frustrating since I’ve paid $20 in express shipping to get my order in a certain amount of time and it hasn’t even been processed because of the lack communication I’ve been getting from this company. I am extremely disappointed and probably won’t be coming back after I get my order. I send emails through websites chat almost daily and never get a response.

Not a chance in hell that I would ever order from glasseslit again. Frames are more narrow than described, prescription not accurate, poor return policy. When you contact them about the crappy product, they seem to negotiate over at least 10 emails, and then change their mind, so no agreement is reached. It seems like a stall tactic. Save your money, shop elsewhere. I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star.

TBH, this company is absolutely a joke. I've updated, emailed, left voicemails for assistance for my order(s) yet no one has been of any help.

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago for a new pair of glasses. Upon receiving the order the glasses were BROKEN , bent , the case destroyed , paid an extra 30AED for shipping and I'm just beyond devastated as to how badly packaged the product was. Spent about 2p0AED just to receive the most broken pair of glasses. I feel so cheated and I'm never going to order from here again. Sorry to say.I would like to refund these glasses and recieve a new pair without incurring more costs. The biggest frauds ever send the cheap glasses from China and saving costs while offering you the sjittiest product!

I'm very upset ,I picked out beautiful frames ,have been waiting since February for my glasses ,I'm very sad because I realy need those glasses ,please help me have this taken care of ,Iv seen many frames I would love to buy.

If you ever think of buying glasses online.. do NOT use Glasseslit. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered a pair of glasses almost two months ago. It took over a week for it to “process” and when it finally did process I got a shipping confirmation on 6/19/19 that said that my package would arrive in 15-30 working days. I was checking on the status regularly and on July 18th, it said that it had arrived in New York and would arrive by July 22nd. July 22nd rolls around and there’s nothing. I check back and it still says the last update was that it was processed through New York on the 18th and the “arriving by 22nd” message is gone. I’m very annoyed at this point. So on 7/30/19, I message GlassesLit’s customer service. They tell me that it was processed through New York and show be here any day now. I told them that it has said that message for two weeks and that I demand either a full refund or another pair of glasses rushed shipped to me since I’ve been waiting for TWO MONTHS. Their reply was that I needed to wait a few more days and then if I still don’t get it, they can issue a $5 coupon. No, I don’t want a $5 coupon.. I spent $30 on a pair of glasses that I have not received. So at 10pm on August 1st, I sent another message saying that it has now been the full 30 working days as promised, and I still have not received anything. And they tell me to just wait a few more days. This is absolute bullcrap. I order a product that is promised to be delivered in a certain amount of time. It has not been. I want a full refund and you want to give me $5? That’s straight up stealing and I’m getting NOTHING helpful from the customer support. Moral of this story.. use Zenni. I ordered a pair of glasses from them at the same time and received them a week later no problem.
