This is a really great app for tracking and making sense of your GLP-1 journey. VERY helpful and informative, giving so much information and guidance! I can't imagine not having at least this source of help. The app is quite simple and intuitive to use; pleasantly designed, with a simple user interface.

Love the ability to keep track of things in one place. I wish there were things that you could use to track your protein, water, etc too! Something simple like an icon you click on for every 8 oz or something along those lines.
