Trouble hair cut grooming was a mess

I was told that my charge would be $65 to groom and trim Jovi's nails. When I go to pick her up they charged me $75 I gave her $80 and never got my change. On top of that I get Jovi in the truck and dirt flies EVERYWHERE SHE DIDN'T EVEN GIVE JOVI A BATH!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with that place. I took her to another groomer and they had to trim her nails because she didn't do them right.

They cut all of my puppy hair off he still needed a bath also used some kind of chemical on him his eyes wouldn’t stay open.. when I called to tell them about it all they could say was “they cut them how they want too” and they can let his hair grow back in offer me a discount on his cut! TERRIBLE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPPY HERE I HATE IT I wouldn’t recommend a dog off the street to they ugly asses

Everything, you didn't cut my dog's hair as I asked. You lied and said he was matted when he wasn't because I combed and brushed him out beginning him to you. Plus you hurt his paw I will not be bringing him back to you
