I absolutely love Glamnetic! I always struggled with wearing falsies and I spent so much money trying to get eyelash extensions for two years I realized it was time to try something sustainable and ordered glamnetics! First off for those who want to try; I do suggest waiting for their sales to purchase. Their products are on the more expensive side but the quality is amazing. If you’re in no rush and are willing to wait when they have a 20-30% off sale then do so! Secondly; customer service was amazing with me. I received a response one or two days later and was always able to work out a complication with them :) Third shipping did take a bit longer but with these current times it’s understandable. Lastly; The overall quality of the lashes were super soft, the liner is a bit difficult to use if you’re like me and never used a paint tip (?) to apply your liner. I find it does get stuck to your real eyelashes if you curl them but I just take a clean mascara wand and swipe it off. I hope the one star reviewers do give glamnetics a chance, it’s honestly been a life changer for me!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company. Ordered lashes that cost me 90$( extremely expensive for lashes) but heard good things and thought would give it a chance. It’s been a month and I haven’t recieved my lashes yet, I have already contacted customer service three times and get automated emails. Might just have to let that 90$ go to waste. Not sure if this is a scam or not anymore.

Obsessed!! This was my first time ever trying magnetic lashes and eyeliner and I FELL IN LOVE!! I always avoid wearing false lashes since I tend to struggle with lash glue but this has definitely relieved me of so much stress! Customer service was super friendly and package came on time. Looking forward to ordering more!

I LOVE these lashes, have worn them everyday for over a month and a half and they still look brand new. I recommend these magnetic lashes to everyone. Hands down best brand and worth the money!!!

I heard many good things about this brand but my experience was unfortunate. First off, the price for one pair of eyelashes and an eyeliner was almost $100. 2. The shipment took forever to come to my home and I was not able to get in contact with anyone from customer service regarding this issue. 3. The eyeliner is AWFUL, it is extremely thick and clumpy even after shaking it for 30 seconds (this is the eyeliner that costed almost $50). 4. I tried the eyelashes on once to see how they look, two of the magnets fell off one of the eyelashes. I was expecting higher quality especially when paying so much money for two items. I'm going to stick to eyelash glue, much more reliable.

ZERO STARS if I could. The order was incomplete. HORRIBLE QUALITY. Some of the lashes look USED. One of the lashes has frayed ends and a blue tone to them (not mentioned in the description). The liner itself feels glue. The application process is MESSY and they don't attach or stay on like the videos show. I requested a return and NEVER received a response. I should have listened to other customer comments/reviews saying they did not receive a response. Seems to be a common practice of the company to avoid refunds. Even the BBB tried to contact them and received no response. In summary, DO NOT PURCHASE!

I saw the video on this product for the first time, but based on the negative reviews I read, I'm not going to waste my money, time, energy, or frustrations since this is not liked by many and the customer service sucks!!
