Lashes are beautiful but the eyeliner doesn’t work. I purchased the MAGNETIC felt tip eyeliner and it went on beautifully, but legit there was zero magnetic pull. My lash fell off immediately into the sink. Tried again 10 times....even on my hand... no luck. Not sure what’s going on here?

This company sends you magnetic lashes WITHOUT the magnetic liner to attach them with?!? I thought it was a given? I am so upset that I now have to search and pay extra for the product that will make THIS product actually/maybe work. Do not purchase. Big scam! Horrible customer service! They do not care about a satisfied customer only getting your money for a product you can’t even use without spending in total over $50.00!

i like the idea of magnetic lashes, as im used to eyelash extensions at all time. Unfortunately, these are too heavy and very uncomfortable sticking to my eyelid skin, i can`t take it anymore and i have to rip them off during an event, the eyeliner was all over my face so hard to get it off, i was very embarrassed :(

It took forever for my magnetic lashes to come and when they did arrive, the magnetic liquid mascara was not included. Now I pod $30 for this product to receive only half of what I ordered. I want what I paid for or my money back!!

TLDR; Glamnetic lashes wonky and are not worth the money! Background: Asian: monolids/kind of hooded eyes Age: early 30s Application Proficiency: novice Like everyone else, I fell for the ads EVERYWHERE! GLAMnetic advertisements were on Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram promoting discounts all the time. It was hard to avoid. Without much research, I decided to give in and purchase them with the use of their promo code for free lashes. I saved $30. I purchased 2 felt tip magnetic liners ($78 | retail $84) that was in a set to save money and 2 lash kits ($29.99/each | $59.98). They ended up being $138, but the promo saved me $29.99, so total $108. That's A LOT of money for lashes. But we were promised they'd last, so I thought: worth, right? So I received the the package in a timely manner (less than 7 days), probably bc NM isn't too far from CA. Website: (5/5) easy to navigate and cool approaches to help you select the diverse varieties. There's something for everyone. Quiz also helps you decide the best fit for your eyes. They have more than just lash kits. Their lashes have some dimensionality to them too, which attracted me to them. Packaging: (5/5) holographic theme for both the bag and lash kits is cool and aestheticly creative and stand out. Lashes: (3/5) from afar, they look nice. I didn't get the big voluminous ones, just more natural looking ones. There are indeed 6 magnets on them, but it looks bulky. They seem flimsy and could easily break, maybe they were trying to be more flexible? Lash anchors were confusing bc they didn't help much. Just made them bulkier, especially since I needed to trim them, so added the excess on top of the other magnets. The hairs are placed at angles, which give them a more dimensional look, which is attractive. The lash strip is thick, so you have to disguise them with the liner, unfortunately. Liner: (3/5) for me, the felt tip liner is supposed to be better in terms of control of product flow. I felt like the batches I got were faulty bc after following the directions (shake before use), too much came out and eventually kept leaking. Applying it on my eyes were also uncomfortable bc: 1) sticky consistency 2) took some time to dry 3) reapplying lashes was almost impossible bc it would get STUCK and painful to remove 4) cleaning it off was a mess bc it was painful to scrape off my eye lids 5) left a small burning sensation bc of the excess getting close to my waterline 6) needed to do multiple coats to get it strong enough for the lashes to attract 7) more like half glue/magnetic properties 9) cap isn't secured bc the spring within will separate, so you have to strategically put it back 10) they eventually dry out bc I think the formula is meant to be thick and glue-like to incorporate iron (ughhhhh) Replacement liner: (4/5) so far, the formula was better and I was able to apply it with more control and it wasn't as sticky. The hold was stronger and it was looking better. I didn't shake it this time, so maybe that's why. Customer service: (4/5) they actually get back to you the same day. They ask for proof. I show picture proofs, but they only sent 1 out of the 2 replacement liners. They don't even tell you what they're sending exactly. I thought I was getting both liners replaced since I showed proof. So I sent another separate email bc the 1st one was probably a closed case, so they don't respond back. They asked for a short video. Sent it today and waiting for a response. They never off refunds, just replacements. I feel like that's usual practice bc they want to keep your money. I thought it was weird how they say to ask for a tracking # if I want it later, rather than they just email it anyway. Thankfully, it came within a week. Overall: (3/5) bc I don't these are that comfortable to begin with. I'm not familiar with glue on lash extensions and got Glamnetic bc of how I've always wanted easier applying lash extensions. The CEO seemed so transparent and cool, so I felt that her products would be game changing. They're more of a hassle and I feel like I could find cheaper and easier alternatives. I've already researched others that seem more promising.

I took the questions survey and what happened was i was allergic to the lashes. they are made of mink and Im allergic to cats. I broke out terribly with rash and itchy eyes. I feel that the questions i answered couild of prevented me from going any further. Im waiting to hear back from the company i just got them and now I need to file a return to get them sent back.

Literally biggest scam ever. I purchased their "magnetic felt tip eyeliner". Turns out that it's not magnetic at all. It's a glue pen. Mislabelled, $2 product that is being sold on at $42. They must think their customers are stupid! I do feel it now. The pen itself was dried out and did not stick at all. Judging by the ingredients, I have no idea how they can sell this as a magnetic eyeliner.
