I been a customer in this company since 2019 and they customer service it’s absolutely amazing, 2 times my package was missing and they replaced with no trouble and they were so sweet I’m glad I can be a part of the team, I own 16 pair of lashes and I’m glad

Amazing company, they offer shipping protection and even issue refunds if your not fully satisfied with your lashes or accessories. I love them and will forever buy Glamnetic lashes and liner. I cannot say enough good things about this company and cannot understand why there are so many bad reviews, these people are crazy!

love this company. quick and easy application compared to glued on strip lashes. my only advice is to get the felt tip liner because the liquid liner dries up after like 1 or 2 uses and gets EVERYWHERE when trying to draw it on. hopefully this is something they can fix if not the felt tip itself is amazing. lashes stayed on through my windy trip in vegas (florida girl). so i assume they’ll hold up well for many uses as long as you take care of them (coming up on almost a year with the 4 that i have).

I’ve made multiple purchases through Glamnetic. Most have been unremarkable and easy— just as expected. One does stand out to me. I ordered a kit of four lashes advertised with a magnetic liquid liner included. The liner was not in the package, and Glamnetic was quick to send me a single tube separately to complete the order. I was stoked to use it— only for it to be entirely dried up. After the trouble, I chalked it up to bad product and wrote a review/called it a day. Glamnetic went out of their way to contact me via two different channels to try and correct the order— which they definitely did! I got two eyeliners to try, both of which were excellent and worked as advertised. They were so eager to make things right, which is not a quality one sees in many companies anymore. I have full faith in this company and am a proud Glamnetic customer! And I do love their half lashes especially!

Awesome friendly customer service! My order got lost during shipping process and I emailed the customer service and they were quick to respond! Thanks to Route, my order was quickly replaced and they also offered me a free lashes for me to pick for the inconvenience! The lashes are a game changer for me and Glamnetic never disappoints with their new launches!!

I’m rating these a 2 stars mainly the liner is my issue. It’s extremely hard to remove and I rubbed my lids raw. I think I’d only wear these lashes for a special occasion or event. But even than I’d probably just go get my lashes lifted. Extremely expensive US to Canada with customs $134.00 for something that doesn’t come off easily. Save yourself your hard earned cash ladies and gents. June 21, my response to the company I did use oil to remove it. It still was extremely hard to remove it which made my lids raw. I’d never bother with it.

Glamnetic lash has definitely a game changer in my makeup routine. Took me some time to practice using the liquid eyeliner but once you get it down, it’ll be a breeze to apply. Saves me time when putting on my lashes & lasts all day. I really enjoy the amount of different type of lash styles there are. I love how I don’t have to trim the lash before applying, I don’t have to worry about anymore glue residue left on my lashes. The packaging is also so cute! There’s always a great promotion going on so you can get the best deals.

Bought 2 from Ulta; VIP and Viral. Viral has been pretty good. The eyeliner I have to put a thin amount on because if it’s too high up on the lid, when I’m at work it’ll start to get stuck to my upper eyelid which is frustrating since I’m a tattoo artist and my eyes get basically stuck open. Only a few lashes have fallen out. But VIP I’m really disappointed about. The lashes just keep falling out. I was super gentle so this wouldn’t happen but it didn’t matter. I ended up exchanging it at Ulta because I thought maybe I got a bad batch. Nope the other one too. I wore the first pair once and the second pair maybe 3 or 4 times? I just now was cleaning them ever so softly and an entire area in the middle of one of the lashes just completely fell out from me wiping the magnets with micellar water. I don’t even know how that happens. I even was wiping the opposite way. I will never buy VIP ever again and don’t recommend them. I just threw them in the trash right now because I can’t even wear them and I’m past the return date at Ulta I think. I’m going to actually try another brand to see if they have the same problem. It’s supposed to be like 35+ uses, that shouldn’t be happening. I wish I could post a pic on here. I can’t be the only one having this issue.
