The actual product was good, as always. However, it wasn’t shipped until after the initial projected delivery date. I was told I had free shipping but when the package finally arrived I had to pay $30 in fees because of a customs issue on entering Canada. The company should be aware of this and tell the customer before purchase if this is going to be the case. I would not have made the purchase if I knew I was going to pay an additional 50% in fees.
