Every time I order from this company
Every time I order from this company, something is always wrong! I stopped ordering because I was not happy with their magnetic liner…. Always dried out before I could use it and my last order just a week ago, the same problem!! It’s not a good product for the money you pay when you can get better from the dollar store. Also, love the press on nails but quality of the glue sucks!!

Great for one-time-use
I got the Hailey medium almond shape nails. I love how they look and I got a ton of compliments. The first time I wore them, they all stayed on for over 2 weeks. I am giving 4 stars because they did not work as well the second time I wore them. The nails popped off every other day and the nail color looked off because the glue has a pink tint that came through. Overall, great for one time use but not great for multiple uses.

Finally nails that stay on!!
I’ve ordered multiple products from this company for months now. Never thought that I would like press on nails but their nails are AMAZING! They stay on and coming from a person that works at a horse farm that says a lot! I love seeing new styles come out and love the variety of lengths you can get. And their customer service is great, got a fast and helpful reply when I was curious as to when my product would ship:)

Not Long-Lasting
Despite Glamnetic advertising long lasting, salon quality nails, mine didn't work out that way. Lasted two days until 3 popped off. However, they have very cute styles. It was meh overall.

Product: A+; Customer Service: lacking
It is so difficult to write a review. I am a repeat customer so I suppose I liked the product (the press-on nails) and price well enough to purchase again. If you live in Canada, however, I recommend trying to find their products in store somewhere (Sephora or Winners), rather than purchase online. They do state a lengthy shipping time of up to 30 days when delivering to Canada, but the tracking number is useless and provides no updates once it’s left the sorting facility. When I emailed customer service for an update and possible refund (as I was certain the product would never arrive), I did not hear back from anyone.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I did not receive my package on the day it was supposed to because the mail carrier forwarded to the wrong address by accident. I am relocating and scheduled to fly out overseas in two weeks. I was afraid that my package will not arrive in time and the customer service, Rosselle, fully refunded the amount back to me. I am very appreciative of her quick action. She is very helpful and understanding plus I love using Glamnetic nails. Great company.
