The biggest cons! Do not believe people online that are giving them great reviews. I have ordered from them before and had a great experience. This is the first time I have received such poor customer service. 1 month to ship something from la to nc is ridiculous. I suspect that they are selling things they don’t have in stock.

I ordered from this company but it’s took so long to be despatched, I’ve opened a case with PayPal. Please don’t believe the stuff wrote on their website, it seems very suspicious. If you item is sent to the wrong address, damaged or lost. It’s their responsibility to refund you. Your contract is with the seller and their contract is with the delivery company. Please go through PayPal or your bank if they won’t refund you.

These people are giving the KISS brand a bad name..bought ultimate package and still not received tracking false..they do not even respond to emails..total scams..be warned..if you already ordered I suggest getting with your credit card company cause these people are not gonna cooperate in any way!!!!!

Ordered the Betty Boop collection and didn’t receive my package, when I reached out to customer service they verified they sent the package to the wrong address and said to go there and ask for it. Their customer service is terrible. They did not offer to give me a refund or to send me my package. They advised to ask the mailman. So disappointed!

I HATE this company. I have tried their products before from Marshalls in the US when I make a trip down there and have loved their eyeshadow formulas, so I decided to order a boatload of stuff online for Christmas. I ordered a few days before Black Friday, and here I am, December 15th, and have still yet to receive my package. I paid $40, yes, 40 FRICKIN DOLLARS for shipping and then they decided to hold my package hostage at the boarder until I paid another $24!!! DHL wouldn't take my payment to get it over the border. I attempted emailing the company multiple times and had to wait over a week for a response. They continued to waste my time back and forth for weeks by attempting to find a resolution, to then tell me there was nothing they could do for overcharging me. I finally got my payment to DHL through, and now they're telling me my package was sent back to glamlite, but they happily took my money. I can't even IMAGINE the hoops I am going to have to jump through just to get a refund on my package. I AM SO UPSET! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRID EXCUSE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEDICATED COMPANY!!!!

I normally read the reviews about a company before I submit an order and was my mistake this time. I ordered 10 items and I was surprised that arrived soon but came short. Only received 8 items. I looked for a customer service phone number but there's none. I sent an email with no response. This is my first and last time that I order for this site. Extremely disappointed!!! Is sad because the products are cute!!. Please don't order or waste your money here.

This company is an absolute scam. They put out 3 big releases and are so behind orders that they annouce shipping times up to 4 weeks. Ok, I guess. If you love youll buy it. I am STILL waiting for my Nightmare on Elmstreet order that was apparently shipped on november 15th - but it wasn't. I paid 35€ extra for express shipping but DHL never received the package (which they confirmed). I conteacted the company multiple times via mail - no answer. I contacted them through instagram - no answer. And now the best part: they delete my critical comments on instagram. This is biggest scam company ever and I want my freaking money back. This company does not deserve a single penny from you and now I have the stress and to do to get my 200€ back while the orders are laughing in rich people fashion. Well done, scammer.

I have ordered a ton from this company. I have been using cosmetics for over 40 years. I live in England and decided on paying the horrendous shipping charge to my country because I loved the look of the products and the ideas behind them Despite not being particularly happy to support the brand because of the unhealthy plastic surgery image I get on with a huge multitude of make up on my eyes but I have actually developed a rash and eczema from certain of Glamlite products This was very disappointing because I expected quality due to all the marketing hype I recently had a special birthday and received one of the Mikayla palettes This was damaged upon opening I contacted customer services for a replacement and the surreal reply I received was to purchase another when I saw them back in stock ..! I have since sent emails stating I need a refund and I have been ignored This is highly unprofessional and rude I am not surprised at the amount of negative reviews here A Very disappointing performance after taking paying customers money UPDATE - After posting this review, I was contacted by the company and I have now received a refund.
