I ordered some eyeliner from this company, Glamierre, and one reason was the items weren't listed as being out of stock and the other reason was because it said it was quick with 3-5 day delivery. After more than two weeks, three emails, I can no longer receive this order in time for my needs. I asked to cancel the order and have heard nada, nothing back from my requests for updates or a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY ON A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T FOLLOW THROUGH.

Ordered Pink Neon Pigment on May 23, 2025. Never received my item as of June 28, 2025. Tried communicating with the "Glamierre Team" and received no response. After 3 emails with no response, I asked for a full refund. They finally responded and said they would look into it on June 10, 2025. 18 days later no response. Had to have my bank file a claim and get my money back. Do not buy from this company.

Habe etwas für den Fernseher bestellt, bekam diese E-Mail Adresse und habe bezahlt! Mit Karte und ein paar Tage später wurde diese wieder belastet! Habe Karte gesperrt und bin mehr als Sauer. Kein E-Mail Beantwortung nichts, also seit VORSICHTIG!!

Don’t bother ordering from this website. I paid for my package and I never received it. The company has not been answering my emails and I can’t get my money back.
