I talked with Melissa Duran on the phone when my process all started and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was very knowledgeable on my needs and answered all my questions when asked. She also made me feel at ease by telling me if I have any questions or concerns on anything not to hesitate to call,which I did several times. I have recommended this company to friends who were having the issues I was. I don't plan on having this ever happen again but I would use this company without thinking twice
