We never ask for extra shipping costs after an order is placed. Our checkout is fully automated, all shipping is calculated and disclosed before payment, and there is never a follow-up request for more money. Anyone contacting you after payment to demand additional shipping fees is not us. We also want to flag that scammers have been copying our brand, including a fake lookalike website and impersonator accounts. Our only real website is GlacierAminos.Shop, the verified site linked to this Trustpilot page. If you paid somewhere else, or were contacted off-site for extra fees, that was not us. We stand behind every real transaction. Please send your order number to [email protected] and we will pull up your order and make it right immediately. If you can't find an order number, that's a strong sign the purchase wasn't actually with us, and we'll help you figure out who you were dealing with.

Scammers have been impersonating us there using our name, and unfortunately people have been paying them thinking it was us. Our only website is GlacierAminos.Shop, which is the verified site linked to this Trustpilot page. When you reached out to us, we checked our system and there is no order, no payment, and no record of any kind tied to you. We do accept cryptocurrency, but it runs through our automated checkout just like any other payment, which means every order generates an instant confirmation email with an order number the moment it's placed. A crypto payment with no receipt, no order number, and no record on our end is a strong sign you were dealing with the impersonator and not us. We know this is frustrating and we hate that someone used our name to do it. If you still have any of the messages, payment details, or the wallet address you sent funds to, send them to us and we will report the scammer with you. We want these people shut down as much as you do.
