Garry did an amazing job of making sure my package get to me on time

Just signed up and made my first purchase as a salon owner. Customer Support Executive Mark Benson goes above and beyond helping you out at all hours. Such an easy and great experience. I will make sure to spread the word about this.

I contacted Customer Care when I thought was after hours, just trying my luck, but to avail, CSR Mark was very helpful. Best of all, it was through Facebook Messenger! So convenient! No waiting on hold via the phone, just straight to problem solving. Amazing experience!

Garry in customer service is excellent. Fast shipping

Brian was very courteous and helpful over messenger and the phone. I was having difficulty placing my order. He was very attentive and helped me get my order placed. This is my 1st time using GK hair products and the customer service is great! I can't wait to receive my products and post a review on my results and opinion of the product!

Daniel, the GK rep, is absolutely awesome! I have been using GK for 15 years, so when I moved to a different state and could not find a salon that carried GK hair products, I panicked! Daniel went above and beyond by calling my new stylist, and offering the product to her and the salon. Daniel is truly my hair hero!:)

Costumer service is very good... Daniel was very nice and helpful and compassionate person
