From Canada - I ordered moisturising shampoo and conditioner. Payment was taken straight away from my account , no order confirmation email was sent, After sending them multiple emails finally the order arrived after few weeks .

This product was completely useless. The directions are elaborate and the product is expensive. I followed them exactly and the effects of the keratin were gone in a single wash. The company, which has a guarantee, refused to give me my money back. I highly recommend you DO NOT buy this product. It is a waste of time and money.

I have been using GK Hair shampoo for about one year, so I am very familiar with the product’s usual quality and texture. Because of my previous good experience with the brand, I decided to purchase this bundle. Unfortunately, I immediately noticed a clear difference in the smaller packaging included in this set. The shampoo does not feel as rich or smooth as the regular product I have used before. The texture seems thinner and the overall performance is noticeably different. Since I have been using GK Hair for a long time, this difference was very obvious to me. For a premium brand, customers expect consistent quality regardless of packaging size or promotional bundles. I hope the company reviews the consistency and quality control of these products because loyal customers trust the brand to maintain the same high standards.

Nyfiken på att prova keratinbehandling i hemnet och beställde set från GK. Tyvärr utan att läsa recensionerna först. Fick tre smutsiga flaskor. Oplomberade. Mest sannolikt använder man förpackningarna och fyller på med billig sörja. Geggan rann ut en av flaskorna, den som skulle innehålla deras premium keratin behandling men som mer sannolikt är billigt schampo eller tvål. Reklamera går ej. Kundservice svarar helger och sena kvällar. Vilket seriöst företag gör det? Standard svar på dålig engelska. Sammanfattningsvis en stor VARNING för detta bluff företag som säljer billig gegga påfyllt i flaskor för vad som tidigare varit en premium produkt

Purchased Coco Keratin and did everything to the letter and my hair turned out DRY and FRIZZY. Looks burned honestly. And Customer Service is USELESS. Do not purchase if you value your hair.

I have been using GK moisturizing shampoo and conditioner for over a decade. Up until now I’ve been very happy with the products, as well as their leave in conditioner and anti frizz serum. My most recent order however their shampoo formula has completely changed. It now feels oily/greasy both on my hands and hair. It leaves my hair oily and hydrophobic, stopping the conditioner from being absorbed. It’s so bad, I can’t even get a wide tooth comb through my hair to de tangle it while it’s slathered in conditioner! Hair is left dry and brittle whereas before it was so silky and soft. I’m so disappointed and unhappy with this change. I’ll be contacting the company for a refund of my order and will have to start the search again for a decent shampoo and conditioner for dry curly hair.

Le suivi de livraison n'est pas sérieux : la livraison devait se faire à domicile et le livreur n'a "pas trouvé l'adresse" (j'habite en ville avec une adresse simple). Le colis a donc était déposé en point relais. Rien ne m'a été notifié. Le livreur m'a seulement laissé un message vocal pour me le dire. Une fois le colis reçu j'ai vérifié la composition (la composition du produit n'étant pas disponible sur internet..). J'ai vu que ce produit contenait de l'acide glyoxylique (ayant un rôle quasiment prouvé dans les INSUFFISANCES RÉNALE). J'ai voulu renvoyer le produit et après quasiment un mois de message et de relance j'ai pu le renvoyer. J'ai payé le retour 16€ en suivis colissimo car l'entreprise ne propose rien. J'ai pu suivre mon colis et j'ai pu voir quand il a été livré (contre signature). L'enseigne GKhair m'a soutenu pendant 2 mois ne pas retrouver mon colis et donc ne pas pouvoir me rembourser. Après avoir insisté un nombre incalculable de fois ils ont finit par retrouver mon colis et me rembourser (pas les frais de livraison bien entendu). Quasiment 4 mois d'attente !!

If I could give big fat ZERO I would. I placed my order in January 2025, had two missing items. After numerous emails they sent one of the missing items, two months later. The other item is still not received with no ETA provided. I have asked Ernie several times to give me a refund or let me speak with the manager, neither has been actioned. Ernie keeps saying sorry but we do not have the items in stock. He admitted the items were not in stock and can't have the whole kit as out of stock just because a couple items are not in stock, absolutely, you can! It's against the law to advertise products in stock and then not provide them. As I write this review it is now 22 August 2025, I purchased 20 January 2025. Absolutely disgusting the customer service! Never buying from GK Hair ever again!
