Item arrived in perfect condition. Support was very helpful and respectful during our contact. Only reason I'm giving them a 4 instead of 5 was due to the shipping taking some time but after contact with the people at gk everything was sorted out in a timely manner. Thank you, would definitely buy from again.

This is my first time ordering with GK Worldwide so I was kinda hesitant. It took several months of waiting for the figure but when it arrived, I was beyond impressed! It was well crafted, details are amazing, and it looked exactly what they advertised. Assembling it was easy, snaps easy with magnets, and looks truly amazing. The extra accessories are great. The only flaw I could say is that when I was setting up the chest harness, it was kinda stiff and it snapped. It's not really visible since it's in the back, I don't mind it as much but the fact still remains it broke. It should have been made from silicone or some softer material. Because of that I took off a star. Besides that, overall an excellent buying experience.

The item was very well packaged and looks great! There was a small amount of damage (a chip broken off of the base) that was annoying, but I know that it's hard to create these items.

I love this figure! It’s great the only criticism (other than the fact they forgot his scars☠️ ik it’s nit picky the one on his stomach is obvious I feel like) I can give is that for some reason the ice doesnt sit securely into his hand. I don’t know if that’s just my figure or everyone’s but yeah I don’t even bother to put the ice in his hand sadly because it just falls off. I just decided to make him hold my stylus instead.

Got a my figure for much less than other websites. It took a long while before the release so I was afraid I had been scammed but I finally got it in perfect condition I just wish I had more options for the transport company because UPS didn’t give me a choice for the delivery date

My first experience purchasing from this seller went pretty smoothly and with ease. However, when I received my item (Black Clover Asta Statue), it had multiple issues such as the tail tip was broken and Asta has a crack on his knee. I am not to sure how to fix these issues but overall I really do love the statue. I also had no way of really tracking my item so I didn’t know when it was gonna come in.

Your product are great but one part came brocken so I had to repart it myself and for a +600$ statue it's kind of sad you don't have spare parts to help your customers. (It was the belt on the back so not a big piece of the statue)
