GK Figure WorldwideReviews of gkfigureworldwide.com

The figure came pretty busted and gk was supposed to reach out to see what could be done to the studio but never got back to me.

It a legit site, you will get your figure at the end of the day and it is well package and everything. Reason for the 3 stars is because their ETA for the figure aren't accurate and from research and my own experience delays will happen by around 2-3Q and the biggest issue is the delays are not announced and when I did reach out they responded but didn't responded to my question about asking for a new ETA. So warning for people who look at the ETA, always add around 2-3Q more to it and always expect unaccounced delays. Figure I order came in perfect just had 1 minor issue with glue getting into the hole I need to put the head in but with a knife I manage to remove the glue and the figure is good as new.

No contact after Order was placed & fully paid. No info about the parcel being sent or parcel tracking. One Day, the parcel delivery guy simply put it in front of my door without me being present cause i did not know. A piece of the Article was broken off and needed to be glued on back again.

The statue was great and bigger then expected but the wait time for the piece was rediculas. There were no updates on it after I bought it and when I inquired about it I was directed to two different places to contact. I deal with custom statues all the time and updates on long wait times is always key.

Bad customer assistence , but products in perfect condition

Let me start with the cons first, before the pros. Con: EXTREMELY slow response time Shipping Times may be slow depending on where you are Pro: Cheaper than other places You do get your item if it's not out of stock So...they're legit, but could really, REALLY work on their customer service response times...

I got scammed. After many months of trying to contact and being ignored, I just received an email that they have returned my money, the amount I paid being €283 and they have returned €231. It doesn't even count as a refund to be able to claim in paypal, they have put the "Refund" note. If you plan to buy figures, go to Kaionation, don't think twice, this page is a scammer. Also, they never respond or attend to anyone who has already paid them. Update: they have refunded me the difference, they are legal, but it is true that they generally take time to respond and they have canceled my order that I was waiting impatiently

A suivre ..
