GK Figure WorldwideReviews of gkfigureworldwide.com

I'll be fair an honest here. There are two different companies associated with this one: gkfigure and gkanimerch. I've never purchased from gkfigure and all my orders were from gkanimerch. Their communication is the worst I've ever seen from a company that sells products for hundreds/thousands of dollars. If they really have the product in stock you will eventually get it (this is normal to be slow, especially if you chose sea freight). BUT if you order a product that they claim it's "in stock" and they don't have it, forget about it. You won't see your money back and you won't hear back from them. I refunded all my orders through PayPal that were under this circumstance but eventually I didn't get the product and now I need to search somewhere else for a higher price. I don't recommend AT ALL!

Your response on Emails is terrible. After a delay from over 4 months the Metal Slug 2 diorama is still not sent and you don’t give any informations when it will happen. Delays can always happen but you have to inform about the new schedule. I can‘t recommend this company. Sorry.

This is the worst company to buy from. They never respond to you trying to contact them. Orders take forever, and you never know what is going on. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because EVENTUALLY I did get my order, but the process in getting it was so troublesome that I'll never order from them again.

The store is legit; its not a scam. HOWEVER, the customer service sucks. You only get a reply when you contact the Whatsapp Number directly, not in Group Chats, not via Email. Everytime i reach out i have to write several times to get an answer. After figures got cancelled, they tried to refund me but the Paypal refund period was over. So we settled on using the funds for other orders in the future. But i had to initiate the contact everytime, i expect them to reach out to me, since i paid in advance. For my newer orders i didnt get a tracking Email. Also i got a wrong invoice sent. The price in this store is good but i will still avoid them in the future.

IT’S NOT A SCAM but the customer service is insulting. It’s a joke at best. Also the shipping options they offer are A SCAM. So if This is the only site with the figure you want, you can go for it. if you have an alternative i strongly suggest the alternative. It’s my 4th experience with them (I bought preprders more than 1 year ago) and I can confirm it’s always the same.
