Package didn't update for over a week, takes several days and emails to get a response from customer service

Product shipped 20 days ago and I still don't even have an estimated delivery date. I understand that international shipping takes time and that's fine but I would appreciate some idea of when to expect it Part 2 Got a snarky email from a customer service representative after posting this review which I only posted because I was asked for. The only info I had received before that point was that it would ship in "Q4 2022" so they were pretty quick on that at least. But I was checking the tracking number multiple times every day for 20 days including immediately after being asked to review and it still only said "label has been created". Maybe I just got unlucky and got the one bad customer service rep but, based on my experience I'd recommend buying from literally anywhere else
