I made a deposit of a figure on 15 December 2022 and waited for updates to my payments. I emailed them about the rest of the deposit and heard nothing for months. I tried messaging them and was left on seen. No reposnse, poor communication. I have all the details and proof of payment for the product and have requested a refund. No response. Pathetic

I am running into the same problem as many here, sending numerous emails asking for my deposit returned as the item has been sold out on other sites and they just sent me an email to contact the studio and contact them in a week. I just want my money back and to move on as this has been a hell of a fiasco. I get that they are in China so replying to emails is late but I don’t like how they poorly communicate even at that. GK if you are reading this ; reply to my emails and please just give me my deposit back , no one else should go through GK as you can see numerous amounts of people have gone through this situation! I’ll change my review once I get My Money Back!

Très gros manque de professionnalisme, de communication et de transmission d’information Il faut les harceler toutes les semaines pour avoir des nouvelles de la commande, ils disent qu’ils vont envoyer des informations après avoir payer les frais de ports mais n’envoie rien et encore obligé de les contacter pour avoir une réponse ! Nous avons commandé en décembre 2022 et nous venons tout juste de recevoir la figurine ( juillet 2023)

Jamais de réponse, jamais reçu ma commande se sont des gros arnaqueurs

I pre-ordered two figurines in january 2023. One of them should be released last year 2022 q4 and the other figure this year q1 2023. I once wrote a message to them about the possibiliy to 'shipp orders together' and I receive a reply the next coming days. But a month later I tried to reach out to them again and ask about my order cuz I didn't get any notifcation. No answer after that. I tried again and again... probably 4-5 times in 2 weeks to a month in between- no reply. After I reach out to PayPal buyer protection in june to get my money back (cuz 180 days are almost over) GK replied the day after and ask about my email but due privacy on PayPal I gave them my order ID so they are able to find my previous mails. They again have not given any feedback. There was no comunication between me and them. I reported them to PayPal so they will solve my problem. On the last day of the deadline I received a message from PayPal that I got my refund and an hour later GK wrote an email to me, that the figures have not yet been released... that!!!! Are you kidding me six months has passed and on the last day I received my money back the only thing they could say is that it isn't released yet. I understand that there could be delivery issues but it doesn't justify that I've never received any notifcation about my whereabout of my order. That's the least they can do to any customer - notify them. Try better GK. I would not recommend you to order from this website if it's related to preorder stuff.

I put a deposit to a figur(7 weeks ago) since them i never get a confirm email (for order ore payment) ore a answere about my two emails (homepage and email here) pretty sad for a company them want big money. Saftladen kein Kunden Support !

My order was canceled months ago without my knowledge and no reason given and I never got a refund. They finally replied two weeks ago saying that the preorder was unavailable. They said I could transfer my deposit to another preorder. I have since sent multiple emails asking for my preorder deposit to be transferred and have received no reply. At this point I feel like I'm being scammed and may never get any figure or my deposit back.
