Placed an online order for a Nintendo Switch on June 19th. On June 27th Gizxea notified me via text that my "order has been refunded" with no further details. I guess that's their way of explaining that they will not be sending the product I ordered. But I still have not received a refund either. UPDATE - after texting Gizxea last night, they refunded my money by the next morning.

I have no idea what is going on. I got an email saying my order was cancelled, though I didn’t cancel it. The website is down, the phone number is disconnected. What happened to this merchant? I don’t have a refund for the $330 I paid for a Switch. Definitely a scam. UPDATE 7/7/20. I received a refund on my credit card account for $320, which is $10 less than I paid, but at least it's a refund. I just read the company's response. The lack of communication during this entire thing is concerning. While I appreciate that they had issues with their supplier and their website provider, they needed to communicate that to their customers rather than just cancelling the orders with no explanation. Also, I'm still short $10. Overall, the experience was frustrating, but I'll raise my rating by one star.

first , we had an issues with our partner and we decided to cancel our service with our reseller because at the end they hikes the prices of all their service. Our email address was connected with our website provider and we just moved our website because our supplier was the one who build our website. GizXea LLC payment provider is stripe payment processing. We refunded all our order the 28 of June and it take 1-3 business day. GizXea DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE CREDIT INFORMATION. IF ANY OF YOU CLAIM THAT THEY GOT SCAMMED PLEASE REPORT IT TO YOUR BANK AND STRIPE PAYMENT SYSTEM.
